My name is Ben and I am a keen road and trail runner based in Southampton. I am currently a member of Lordshill Road Runners. I’ve been running for 10 years and competed in races from 1Mile & 3000m on the track through to Half Marathons and Marathons. You can see a list of my races and results here.

I’m also a UKA Event Group Endurance Coach as well as a Coach in Running Fitness.
Currently I work as a Coach with Run Camp, coaching technique and strength sessions as well as offering bespoke training plans to athletes online.
My goals are to inform, guide and encourage runners to improve in all areas of their running fitness.
I believe running is all about the process, not just the end result, and I aim to share my knowledge and experience to help runners enjoy the steps that lead them to their goals.
Exercise is a really important part of my life, but when I’m not running, cycling or walking I’m enjoying podcasts, reading about science, sports and history, watching foreign language dramas or even travelling across Europe.
